Stunning 1974 Triumph TR6 Nut/Bolt Restoration, Overdrive
The Triumph TR6 was one of the most popular British sports cars of the 1970s. Built with a 2.5-litre straight six and 4-speed manual transmission, these cars were meant to enjoy with the top down. It was one of the most popular vehicles seen on college campuses during the 1970s and 1980s.
Art and speed is pleased to present this recently, professionally restored 1974 Triumph TR6. Built to concours level specifications, every last detail has been addressed. In many ways, this specimen was built better and more refined than when it originally rolled out of the factory. There was no time or money spared when it came to building this amazing little roadster. This car is meant for those fall drives on curvy two lane flat tops, watching the yellow and red leaves fall, while letting the wind blow through your hair. Or show and perform well in prestigious events.
The show quality finish in original Carmine Red is smooth, straight, and virtually flawless. The retractable roof has been upgraded to a high-quality Haartz Cloth material in classic black. Inside, all new Palamino seats, trim and carpets complement the lacquered walnut dash and new chrome accents beautifully. All exterior chrome and trim present as new. Turn the key and the inline 6 fires to life, breathing through dual Stromberg carburetors and exiting from the quad tip Ansa exhaust system.
